In 2010, Kelly found her calling as an elder rights advocate while working in a local hospice. She then went on to support more than 1,000 families as a move and transitions coordinator and senior living placement advisor. Today, she is providing elder care consulting services and legacy life coaching sessions to support older adults and the families who serve them.
When meeting Kelly, you will soon realize why the Colorado Gerontological Society honored her with the Young Professional of the Year award and why the Unsung Heroes Leadership Foundation selected her as the Woman of the Year and named that very award the Kelly O'Connor Woman of the Year Award going forward. You've probably seen her on television, heard her on the radio and on podcasts, or read about her in magazines or newspapers. She holds a master's degree in Spiritual Psychology and a professional advancement certification in Gerontology. She is also a Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Dementia Practitioner, serving on many boards and tasks forces to create a better future for older adults. Kelly also hosts the podcast Goldenista Social Club promoting a positive view on aging.
Her passionate commitment to people of all ages, especially her elders, is her driving force. She believes that people deserve the opportunity to live their best lives AT ALL AGES.
